About the role

This role is focused on ensuring the success and growth of our customers, driving growth/adoption of our product as well as boosting renewals and gleaning strategic insights that improve our product value. This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence our customers. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, in this role you will manage a strategic book of business of growth accounts.

This is a challenging role that requires exceptional customer relationships, negotiation and commercial skills, and exceptional performance. We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about customer growth and advocacy and has a proven track record to talk about! 🔎 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop delivery plans that maximize the customer experience and achieve higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
  • Identify new opportunities and upsell potential
  • Increase the lifetime value of the Customer through greater advocacy and reference-ability; serving as a customer advocate in the evolution of our products and platform functionality integral to the customer's success
  • Ensure customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of products and services
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers
  • Grow accounts to meet the company’s upsell target (this roles carries a monthly/quarterly quota)
  • Lead customer and project onboarding experience, validating and identifying customer needs, potential challenges, and ensure we’re meeting expectations
  • Promote and encourage implementation of paid Doofinder features across your assigned customer portfolio
  • Proactively and early identify risks and mitigate churn
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and referenceability
  • Help to develop and implement standard methodologies, processes, and tools to continually improve Doofinder’s Customer Success Program


📋 Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years experience working in pre-sales, account management, customer success, consulting or similar roles related to driving account growth and adoption
  • Native German speaker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Deep business operations expertise - has solid experience with Hubspot, and adept with creating reports and dashboards is highly preferred
  • Ideally combined background of post-sales, sales, consulting services experience
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Analytical and process driven mindset
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success at skillful negotiation and strategy implementation
  • Experience with SaaS technologies and go-to-market
  • Proficient in Hubspot and experience in SaaS environments or E-commerce.
  • Permission to work within the EU is a must.
